Had my first running test of 30 minutes straight today, and my goal heading into it was a negative split and to inch myself under 30 min. The goal was to stay in zone 2-3, which I was until the last kilometer, where I sped up a bit.

Finished the 5k in 29:39, with my last kilometer paced at 05:29. With a bum hamstring and an average 156 bpm throughout the run, this run shows some potential. Happy with the result, but only 6 weeks remaining..
A sub 30 5k unlocks the "Cardio conqueror" achievement!
